diffuse annular bulge with right forminal annular tear and focal protrusion L4/5 disc causing thecal sac indetation and right L4 exiting Nerve Root compression

Your report state about degenerative disc disease. Seen as age related changes, post traumatic cases, excessive weight bearing work.

There is disc bulge and annular tears ( outer portion of the disc) causing the pressure effect on the theca sac ( spinal chord) and nerve compression at different levels.

Yes you can get treated completely treated. Treatment initially starts with simple back exercises followed by physiotherapy - finally if both doesn't work, operative / interventional procedure is treatment of choice.
