What Could Cause Severe Acid Reflux?

I am 24 years old and scheduled to have nissen fundoplication November 30th to cure my sever acid reflux. I have heard terrible things about life after the surgery such as continuous gas/bloating that cause pain and extended abdomen, as well as uncontrollable diarrhea. Will i have these two problems? are they as likely as they seem?

Nothing to worry about . For Nissan fundoplication plication long term complications are very less. Post surgery few patients will develop dysphagia and rarely re acurrence of symptoms.

It won't cause diarrhoea and belching.
