What Could Cause Nausea?

nausea
todays the third day that i have felt nauseated, the first day was constant and bad yesterday and today it was in and off all day. ive had lightheadedness and dizzyness to. sometimes when i eat it gets worse, dont have much of an appeteite either. if there is pressure on.my stomache it hurts aswell. what could be causing it?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Nausea for three days, pain and pressure in upper abdomen and light headedness with dizziness can be due to the following reasons:
IF dizziness is vertigo, nausea is an accompaniment.
If nausea is a major problem along with pain and other symptoms, the most probable causes is gastritis due to acidity problems.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
PPI like Pantoprazole.
Antacids every three hours.
Domperidone, may need prescription.
This will help you the maximum and other symptoms will be abated on its own.
If not, you may need further clinical evaluation, upper GI endoscopy and ENT opinion to get a proper diagnosis and management.
