Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chronic clogged nostrils which is due to left over upper respiratory tract infection which is leading to sinusitis or post nasal drip. Need not to worry. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You should take proper course of antibiotics along with antihistamine medication. Do nasal steam inhalation. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid cold carbonated beverages and avoid hot, spicy and sharp food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
