What Could Be The Reason For Having Vaginal Thrush And Itching In Groin?

I have had ongoing vaginal thrush for a year now. Been prescribed different creams but nothing offers relief. Recently my groin has been itching so bad that i end up scratching myself open. I have given up on seeing anymore doctors. Recently i discovered where the itching is it has actually turned a purple colour. What is it? Please advise.

Recurrent thrush, I would like to rule out diabetis mellitus.
I would suggest you to get your sugar levels done to rule it out
I would also consider the possibility of scabies as cause of recurrent itching, I suggest you to see your dermatologist again and discuss with him the possibility of Scabies.
