What Could Be The Cause Of Soreness In Nipple With Milk Like Discharge?
I woke up one morning and noticed my left nipple was sore and I had a tight feel under the nipple, so I got in the shower and I squeezed and a small gush of white milk like stuff came out and got washed away by the shower. I m not pregnant. Why would that happen/ what could it be?

I think that I would like to suggest you to have a thyroid profile test done and also prolactin test done, hormonal irregularities can lead to these symptoms.
