Alcohol,
stress, heaviness over chest,
stomach upset, and exclusion of
heart disease, suggest that you have problem with your Hyper acidity. It could be associated with your
panic attack. In majority of cases, the reason for drinking Alcohol reflects your ability to face the stress of life. You can avoid all these problems by living a healthy life style.
it is good that you are doing physical exercise. I would suggest you, not to do weight lifting.
Do not drink Alcohol.
Take small and frequent meals 4-5 times in a day.
Avoid oily , and spicy food.
Plan an early dinner,and do not snack within 3hours of bed time.
Elevate the head of your weight.
You must see a counselor for your stress, and who can help you in quitting Alcohol.
