What Could Be The Cause Of Having Fever, Headache, Bitter Taste In Mouth, Runny Stomach While Breastfeeding?

I am a nursing mum,age 24.For the past three days,i have been having feverish,headache,a bitter mouth and running stomach. Have taken metronidazole and the ruinning stomach has ceased but still feeling feverish,having a bitter mouth and headache. Please what could be the cause and cure if any. Thanks

Hi,

It may be caused by the stomach, liver dysfunction, or bile disorder. you need to do an ultrasound to exclude any of this. you may take Nexium tablet at the meanwhile.
