HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Tingling or other abnormal sensations are usually related to either abnormal function or structure of nerves that are supplying the particular area.

Pain or abnormal sensation related to nerves can be termed peripheral neuropathy when it relates to nerves not in the brain or spinal cord.

There are different possible causes such as: (1) vitamin deficiency such as B12

(2)trauma

(3)diabetes

4)infections

(5)alcohol use

(6)kidney disease

(7)connective tissue disease

(8)idiopathic- this means the cause is not known

(9)thyroid disease

If it continues or worsens, you should consider visiting your doctor for an assessment which would include history, physical examination and likely blood tests.

I hope this helps
