What Could Be Cause Of Urine Flow On Cloth After Full Hysterectomy And Bladder Tack?

Hi, I have a question......I had a full hysterectomy and bladder tack (with mesh) in 1997. The bladder tack was successful but now I m experiencing some problems. After I use the bathroom and stand up to put my clothes on, urine just flows down my legs and onto the floor, huge amounts. What could this be? HELP!!

Hi this is called urinary incontinence. Total hysterectomy do have some disadvantages like this in later stages. So go to urologist for examination. And also pelvic excercises will be really helpful in these conditions. Thank you.
