All your symptoms of depression, puffy face, rapid weight gain, hair loss lymph node enlargement can be due to the following reasons: Hypothyroidism. Any reasons that cause enlarged lymph nodes as well as systemic infection causing altered hormonal balance. I would advise you the following: Clinical evaluation, examination by your Physician. Investigations of blood and urine. Ultrasonography of the abdomen, lymph node bearing area, FNAC and further management. Blood tests of hormones including thyroid, culture and sensitivity. X-ray of the chest and if suspected to have lymph node or any other mass a CT scan may be needed. All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and proper plan of management.
