What Causes Weak Ejaculations?
Hello. Im 43 and in pretty good shape. I have no problems with getting powerful strong erections. The issue is my ejaculation is weak. My sperm does not come out with any force but just oozes out. Consequently, my orgasms are not as pleasurable. Could this be an issue with my prostate? I think it's a bit premature for me to be having age-related issues.

Yes,it could be related to prostate enlargement ?You should get a sonography for prostate to find size and residual urine after peeing. Are you taking some medicine for any illness? One of these may be responsible
