What Causes Terrible Pain On Both Sides Of Lower Back, Frequent Urination?

I am taking an antibiotic for sinusitis. It s been 6 days, and now suddenly I m having terrible pain on both sides of my lower back (kidney area). My urine output has become more frequent but less in volume. I read that the Augmentin I m taking works for UTIs as well as sinusitis, so I m trying to figure out the back pain aspect. It is fairly severe.
