What Causes Terrible Cramping Extending To Rectal Area?

i have been experience some terrible cramping lately. The cramping is severe and extend into my rectal area and are very severe. I also am usually not on my menstrual cycle and do not experience the cramping on my cycle. What could be causing this pain.

Infection of bowels and excessive gas formation with or without constipation can cause such symptom. Please try to relieve the infection and also indigestion with excess flatulence after expert advise of your physician along with needful investigations for relief.
