Hi. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. I would suggest you to undergo ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the abdomen, scrotum to find out what exactly is the problem. The treatment will depend on clinical; / physical examination done by Urologist/ per-rectal palpation and USG for prostate/ seminal vesicles, It is possible that your are suggesting from Prostatitis and enteritis. 3 week course of antibiotics and supportive medicines may cure the problem/s... Also get blood / urine - routine , microscopy, culture and sensitivity reports / Semen analysis... may detect the problem to give you a perfect and complete cure.
