What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes?

I had a dangerous about 3 weeks ago. Symptoms started very next day. lots of stomach cramps and feeling weak. a week later i got better for a couple of days not this is going on the fourth week. I have sore throat constantly and swollen lymph nodes

Hi.
Read and understood your history of stomach cramps, weakness, then sore throat and cervical Lymph node enlargement.
This looks a bit complex one.

You need the following:
-First of all a proper clinical evaluation why all these varied problems at the same time; to see are you suffering from some generalized disease.
- Investigations as per the physical finding, which may be
Tests of the blood, urine, stool, X-ray chest, ultrasonography of the abdomen to get the basic tests and ideas; rest of hte tests to support the clinical diagnosis furthermore.
-Broad spectrum antibiotic cover along with symptomatic and supportive treatment,.
After a course of treatment, to see whether the lymph nodes are regressed now or not.
If not FNAC is a must.

The further treatment will obviously be dependent upon the clinical findings, judgement and reports .
