What Causes Swollen Lymph Node Under Armpit Before Menstrual Cycle?
I noticed that the lymph node under my right armpit is usually swollen right before my menstrual cycle and then leaves after its over. However, I am perimenopausal and my cycle is off somewhat. Is it normal for my lymph node to be swollen during irregular cycles?

It’s not something normal, it should not happen. I suggest you visit a gynecologist so that he/she can have a proper clinical examination, a biopsy may also be needed.
