Understanding your concern. As per your query you have swelling of throat and clogging of ears which could be due to infection of respiratory tract leading to eustachian tube inflammation. You should take green tea on daily basis in morning. Take nasal sprays on daily basis as it will open up sinuses and blood will not be discharged. Need not to worry much as blood in sputum is due to infection of sinuses. Take antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medications. Visit pulmonologist/ ENT specialist once and get it examined if symptoms keeps on persisting. Apply humidifiers in room. Do warm saline gargles and get complete examination of blood count along with swab and sputum test. Start treatment after proper prescription.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
