What Causes Sudden Light Headedness Postmenopausal?

I've been getting hot & light headed, blood pressure 118 over 80, pulse 58 my normal is 110/70, pulse 72). Blood tests say RDW are in the 16's, I have phantom smells, presently I smell smoke like something is burning. IGE is 343 (range 0-114)..sinus infections for 1 1/2 year (extensive testing, I have seen 5 different doctors and operated 2x (sinuses and acid reflux exploratory which was negative.). I have been tested 2x extensively for environmental allergens - negative. I have come to a conclusion that I may have a gluten problem. I will have a follow up appt. next week with an allergist and will go in with the understanding that a food/gluten allergy will be explored. My problem lies with this sudden, foggy light headiness. blood sugar is 90, age 54,postmenopausal. I don't if there is something else that needs to be address.
