What Causes Stomach Pains, Vomiting And Dysphagia Sensations With Ribs Pain?

I m having sharp pains in the upper stomach, started after dinner, feels like I need to throw up but don t. I rarely get the flu. no fever, feels like something is pushing my stomach up my throat. Pain against ribs in the v of the curve caused by ribs only other thing noticed today is that weight jumped 6lbs since this morning

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here, I could say that this is typical symptoms of Gastritis may be because of hyperacidity, but this is noting to worry because this would come around with advise, suggestion, treatment, given below,
Suggestion:- Eat more alkali diet, stop coffee, smoking, alcohol prior to bed
divide the meal in two to three parts
Treatment :- Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30mg once in a
Day at evening time for three week, for flu no need to have any
medicine.
Advise :- If symptoms remains as it is then this may need clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
