Dear dengue fever cause multi system involvement will be there. common causes of abdomen pain are.
1.acute erosive gastritis
2.hepatitis
3.acaliculus cholecystitis
4.rarely pancreatitis and appendicitis may cause pain abdomen.
above I just mentioned probable causes. please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
