What Causes Stiffness In Neck, Headaches And Sore Cheekbones?

I m having a terrible time sleeping because my neck is stiff and I have a headache that comes and goes. My cheekbones and jaw also are sore on and off. I just can t get comfortable, despite having taken 2 ibuprofen. I just want to sleep... any suggestions?

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to tension-type of headache.

I recommend having a warm bath and take melatonin for sleeping better.
