What Causes Spotting, Cramps And Pelvic Pain?

Hi Doc! I am on fertility pills clomeds to be exact. i started having brown spotting three days before due date of my menstrual. Now it hasgotten dark purplish color. My menstrual is usually red and rich thick etc. i am not having my usual cramps and horrible pelvic burning pain. what can this be?

Hi,

It can be due to hormonal changes. If you were given progesterone during your second half of cycle then this might cause spotting. Pain and cramps is not mandatory for each and every cycle. Sometimes it may not be there. Yes, it can be a implantation bleeding also. Wait until your next periods date.
