What Causes Spotting And Clots?

I am presently in the US for vacation with my baby
He has been eating NAN1 from birth alongside breast milk. Now we exhausted NAN1 and we're currently looking for a similar food to get for him that will be okay for him since NAN1 is not available here in Baltimore. Please advise on the right food to buy. He is 3months old.
