What Causes Small Crack On The Glans Of Penis After Intercourse?

Hi, This is Sekar. I got married six months ago. I am having sexual intercourse with my wife quite often. But semen is not ejaculated during intercourse at any attempt. Last time I had painful sex and saw blood on my penis and inside her vagina after intercourse. But we are not sure whether bleeding from torn hymen (this is the first time we got bleeding) or from my penis. Later I found a small crack on the glans penis. I am unable to invlove in sex that time onwards as it causes pain these days too.Please suggest me if this is normal or I should undergo treatment.

Hi,

Depending on your complaints you may be suffering from

1. Phimosis - which causes painful sex, bleeding, chronic phimosis can prevent sperm to gush out and stay in bulbus region for long. meet a urologist for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment for phimosis.

2. Anxiety - Having sex for 1st time has its own effects.

The performance issue is very common, no treatment is needed. need to relax your self. Both the partner should talk to each other regarding sex needs. and keep trying.

3. Hymen - having sex for 1st time or female with intact hymen can cause difficulty in intercourse if the bleeding due to hymen breakage then needs to give time for it heal and you can have sex in 3 to 4 days.

4. Dryness - beginner in sex have less knowledge of foreplay. less foreplay in the cause will cause dry sex, which leads to pain or bleeding.
