Hi,

Sluggish bowel movements may be due to sedentary lifestyle and low fiber diet. Do regular exercise, yoga and meditation. Drink plenty of water.

Use syrup lactulose 30 ml after dinner for 5 days. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
