Hi, My daughter is almost 3 and a couple of weeks ago she had diarrhea for a couple of days which left a terrible diaper rash. She has had really bad gas since then. She passes gas about every 5-10 minutes and it is very loud and forceful and within the last couple of days, the gas has begun to smell pretty bad. Last night she developed a fever and it is now up to 102 and she now has a cough and is congested. She has felt fine until her fever came on, even giggles every time she has gas. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks!
