Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complaintye symptoms of swollen tongue and lips is due to allergic reaction and also the symptoms of tight throat and choking and pressure in head also seems to be due to allergic reaction and you need immediate medical attention as it can also lead to difficulty in breathing..
Consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like allergic testing can help in confirmation of the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can take anti allergics like Levocetrizine or Benadryl, Steroid nasal sprays and decongestants..

In case if it is allergic reaction an Immunotherapy can be given to you to reduce the severity of allergic reaction..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
