What Causes Recurring Ear Infections?

My husband is on his 3rd ear infection since the end of may. Yellow liquid drainage, red and scabby on the outside of the inner ear, and breaking out with what looks like acne on jaw bone and down onto his neck. He keeps picking at these large bumps, but they are not pimples.

You may require discharge culture sensitivity, complete hemogram after consultation.
