What Causes Recurring Ear Infection?

my kid is nine months old he got ear infection and puss discharge from ear with odour this is the second time he gets so i consulted my pediatrician and antibiotics (clavam forte) is prescribed for him when he got it first time (mock up antibiotic ) was given this is the second time in a month he gets infected what can i do

Thanks for your query.
Pus discharge fro the ear with bad odor must be examined by the ENT surgeon and not the Pediatrician for clinical evaluation, cleaning and proper antibiotic, decongestant and symptomatic treatment.
Use no drops as the skin is very tender.
Do not do anything at home you can harm more.
Do not bottle feed or breast-feed in lying down position.
