What Causes Recurrent Pelvic Pain After Hysterectomy?

I had a total hysterectomy in 2006, have had on and off recurrent pelvic pain, wt loss at first, had MRI that showed a mass at the vaginal cuff, the plan was to wait 6mts and then have another MRI to see if it grew, repeat MRI showed that it did grow but not by much, also showed that the right ovary which is the only one left still had a cyst that had gotten bigger as well said multiple cysts one measuring 19.7 x 18.1 mm demonstrates high precontrast T1 presumed blood products and appears to be enlarging, I did have a hysterectomy for cervical cancer. I just don't understand this and wondering if I should just choose to wait another 6mts for another repeat
