Painful urination can be a sign of a soft tissue injury or infection. Bacteria may have been introduced into your urethra during masturbation. Taking an anti-inflammatory tablet will help to get relieve. You can apply moist cold compress by a cloth dipped in cold water, 2-3 times a day. Take medicines only after consultation with a Gynae or a health care provider. Get a Urine test (R/E and C/S) done. If report is positive, its urethritis and you will have to take antibiotics. You can try cranberry juice to see if the burning sensation will clear up. Get clinically examined by a health care provider so that you get healed faster. Cervical cancer commonly occurs due to sharing sex toys, excessive masturbation with sex toys that are hurting. Avoid using sex toys, never share sex toys.
