General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Likely to be related to posterior anal fissure (mostly constipation induced) in the majority of the cases with other possibilities of haemorrhoids.
* A definite diagnosis with proctoscope examination by your consultant surgeon is mandatory here to proceed for the curative line of action.
* Till that time, take care to have regular smooth bowel movements, sitz bath 2-3 times a day. I would like to assist further at any time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
