General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Rectal bleeding could be due to the polyp, inflammatory bowel disease/proctitis, piles.
I would suggest to consult the gastroenterologist as soon as possible and undergo routine blood test like CBC, Hb, coagulation profile, stool tests, USG scan and sigmoidoscopy to rule out cause.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause.
Meanwhile drink plenty of lukewarm water, take healthy diet with iron supplements, avoid stress, do regular exercise like walking and yoga
Hope this may help you
