I have a rash on my pubic area. It was in a very small spot but has spread to the size if a quarter and itches insanely bad. It didn t itch or spread until I re-shaved the area. It doesn t have puss and it doesn t necessarily scab over. The area just seems very very dry.
It may be fungal infection. Tinea cruris most probably. I would recommend you to apply anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice a day. Take anti-fungal cap like itraconazole 100 mg twice a day for two weeks. Also, take Tab desloratidine twice a day to relieve itching. Keep the area dry. Improve hygiene and immunity. Take bath in Dettol mixed water.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
