Hi, I recently noticed a small red pimple on the shaft of my penis (one slightly bigger seems to be a dry pimple), and 1 red one (really tiny). I also noticed 3 equally small ones just under the tip of the head of my circumcised penis. I've noticed a single dot before, but I was never worried about it.

I went to get tested for STDs today, pending results this Friday. Can you help me out?
