What Causes Pain & Inflammation In The Spleen?

I have been experiencing pain & inflammation of my spleen. I currently have been diagnosed with celiac sprue and also have diabetes. I have inflammation also in my lymph nodes in the lower right abd/pelvic area that has gone on for 3+ yrs now. Labs were taken to rule out cancer etc but I tested high for rhemutoid arthritis and EBV. I have not been able to get a concrete diagnosis for the cause of the inflammation. I am looking for advise at this time. Thanks

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the spleen can be enlarge due to underlying systemic disease but the inflammation of spleen is very less likely, even pain of spleen is not common symptom, the over all size of spleen detected in scanning study and that would be matter but no need to worry because you do not have any systemic disease that could cause enlargement of spleen then no need to worry about this, have nice day.
