hello thank you for trusting HCM dear how old are you?since when you re suffering from this problem?are you alcoholic?what is the reason for your symptoms us it gallstones or alcohol or Alfa anti trypsin deficiency etc. some times chronic pancreatitis may present with acute exacerbations,food like high fatty spicy food may induce episode.use cap.creon 10000units twice a day.avoid spicy oily food avoid smoking and alcohol.still symptoms persist please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
