What Causes Pain Above Bellybutton And Lightheadedness?

pain in right side- 2" above belly button but about 2" to the right. Some lightheadedness. When I lie on my left side, pain is more prominent. When bending over to put shoes on, it feels as though there is some internal swelling or something bigger on right side.

proper examination of abdomen can help make diagnosis u r pointing toward right hypothyroidism and it's the site of live . liver can be enlarged... any other symptoms . usg abdomen I would suggest as a soon possible
