What Causes Mucus Stool With Stomach Upsets?
For the past couple days I have been passing huge clumps of mucus. Sometimes with stool, majority it s just what looks like stool colored mucus. I have the urgency and upset stomach like diarrhea but not too much luck with stool like constipation....what s wrong? This phenomenon comes and goes occasionally....How can I fix it? And what could have caused it?

You have problem of more mucus in stool present that may be because of intestinal inflammation like ulcerative colitis or chons disease.
In irritable bowel syndrom more mucus in stool present.
Constipation is relived by loose stool in irritable bowel syndrom.
Anal fissure or rectal ulcer may cause more mucus in stool.
Gastrointestinal infection may ruled out.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultrasound sonography can done.
