I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination, a resting ECG, a chest x ray and some blood lab tests ( complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, cortisol plasma levels, fasting glucose, inflammation tests, blood electrolytes, kidney and liver function tests). An ambulatory 24-48 hour ECG monitoring and a closely monitoring of your blood pressure are necessary to exclude possible cardiac arrhythmia.
