Hello,
Lower pelvic pain commonly occurs due to UTI,
pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), ovarian cysts, fibroids,
endometriosis, etc. If you have missed your periods, you should get urine and blood test done to detect if you are pregnant. Nausea, hurting of boobs, dizziness, weakness are indicative of pregnancy. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get blood tests, urinalysis (R/E and C/S), USG and imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing your discomfort. You will be treated accordingly.
Your treating doctor may suggest you to do STD tests, this is to stay on the safer side. You are suggested to take rest. Stay well hydrated. Take home made balanced food, avoid oily-spicy food. Take
acetaminophen, one SOS to relieve headache, take antacids and Spasmol (
Spasmoproxyvon), one SOS when needed to ease pelvic pain. Take anti diarrheal to control
loose motion. Get examined and treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
