What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Dizziness, Stomach Pain And Nausea?

Type 2 diabetic, 5 3, 178 pounds, allergic to penicilin and in the past I have had a stomach ulcer. Lately I have no appetite, dizziness when I get up, pain in the stomach that goes away quickly, I can t sleep well either. Mostly, though, I m constantly nauseous. Foods I used to love make me sick now. I can t stand the smell of much so I mainly have foods that don t have any scent to them but even then, sometimes I just feel ill.

Thanks for posting your query .

Loss of appetite , nausea can be due to Liver problems . I advise you to get a Liver function test . It could also be due to a condition called Gastroparesis where the storage capacity of stomach becomes less . This is a complication of long standing Diabetes . I advise you to eat small quantity of food but more frequently .

Dizziness could be due to many reasons . From simple reasons like low / high sugar , low / high BP , low / high Sodium in blood , General weakness , anemia to some times serious problems like Heart Problems , Inner ear problems or Brain Problems . I advise you to get these test and revert back with reports .

HBA1C, CBC, Serum Creatinine , Serum Sodium , ECG , LFT , BP check
