What Causes Light Menstrual Cycle For One Day With Stomach Cramps/sore Breast?

On May 17-May 20 I had a very very light menstrual cycle. With only one day being real blood. On May 21 my breast were very sore and have been for a week now. Today I have had some stomach cramps and spotting. Could I be pregnant or is something else wrong?

It can be pregnancy related problem so better to check B HCG levels first. There can be other reasons but pregnancy should be ruled out first.
