What Causes Light Headedness And Lack Of Balance?

For the past few weeks I ve been light headed , off balance and it is becoming almost every time I stand up.it takes a minute or so for the feeling to pass. I just had one that was the most intense and off balance. It doesn t feel like the server iron anemia I had last year. Any thoughts?
