Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I went through your history and would like to make following suggestions for your daughter:
1. Were I treating her, I would suggest her
montelukast and an antihistamine like
fexofenadine or
levocetirizine or cetirizine for 3-5 days. It will improve all itchy eyes, sneezing and rashes.
2. It is possible to feel warm when some one has an
allergic reaction, due to release of histamine. However, I would suggest you to measure her temperature with a thermometer. If she has fever, I would suggest her
paracetamol and tapid sponging.
3. If she has repeated such seasonal problems, I would suggest her allergy testing for common air-borne allergens, especially pollens in your region.
4. From your current history, I would not think of any autoimmune condition at present.
5. As she is not eating much and she has a hard time tasking, I would suggest you to check her hemoglobin levels and thyroid function. If they are abnormal, they can be treated.
Hope above suggestions will be helpful to you.
Should you have any further query, please feel free to ask at HCM.
Wish your daughter the best of the health ahead.
Thank you & Regards.
