What Causes Irregular Compressible Hypoechoic SOL After Delivery?
I am a female of age 34 and I have recently undergone caesarian operation while giving birth to a baby boy of seven pounds. A few weeks before that I developed an irregular compressible hypoechoic SOL in 6 O Clock position involving glandular parenchyma of right breast
I think that this condition of your can be due to accumulation of milk inside the breast. I will suggest you to have a course of broad spectrum antibiotics Amoxycillin Clauvulunic tablet and Metronidazole tablets for 5 days and Pantoprazole and paracetamol for 5 days.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
