What Causes Indigestion, Heart Burn, Constipation, Headaches, Pains In Neck And Right Breast?
Been on Crestor for 8 months 5mg. Just lately terrible intergestion , heart burn, constipation, headaches, pains in my neck, also pain in my right breast, I m 53 female, not over weight, good for my age I look like I,m 40 just wondering are these symptoms related to my medication or gall bladder. Common side effects of rosuvastatin is a headache, muscle pain, abdominal pain, weakness, nausea, dizziness, hypersensitivity reactions (including rash, pruritus, hives, and swelling), and pancreatitis etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. It may be due to irritable bowel syndrome or peptic ulcer disease or food intolerence or infection etc.
Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Take soft diet. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will write alternate medication and treat you accordingly.
