Its very good that you exercise. Well the glucose test will exactly tell you where you stand. The treatment for gestational diabetes can be Diet and exercise if there is minimal elevation. during pregnancy the well being of the fetus is most important so to control sugars we use small doses of insulin as none of the oral drugs have proven safety during pregnancy. The good news is that even if you have gestational diabetes the insulin can be stopped immediately post delivery in most cases. So relax! Dont be tense... All the very best!!
