What Causes Frequent Urination And Pain In Bladder After Urination?

35 years old 5'6" in ht. about 132 lbs.male suffering from frequent urination and a minor pain in my bladder after urination. the frequent urination started two weeks ago. does masterbation may have been a cause of this and due to a cold weather in our country?
